Carnival car parade

Carnival parades, guarded by the police, parade through the streets of the South Zone, possibly in the [Flamengo] neighborhood, dressed in ethnic representations (gypsies/Romani, oriental populations) and other manifestations of popular culture, such as circus costumes (clowns, for example); people gathered at a ballroom dance.
