This engine represents the result of the FIAT-Ferrari collaboration in the 60’s. The engine was strictly developed from a Ferrari competition engine (the Dino 206) and adapted for mass production by the engineer Aurelio Lampredi (one of the most important Ferrari and then FIAT designer between the 50’s and 60’s).
The engine features a fine design and high performance and has been used for both FIAT Dino and Ferrari Dino sport car.
