Built in 1938, this Chinese-style building was designed by Yuk Tong Char to house the Wo Fat Chop Suey Restaurant. The building features a stucco exterior, large window openings, a corner octagonal tower, green tile hipped roof with flared corners, decorative Chinese-style brackets, decorative spandrel panels, a large neon sign at the corner, a penthouse with glass walls, and multiple retail spaces at ground level. Currently undergoing a major rehabilitation in 2022, the building is a contributing structure in the Chinatown Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.
