The Kashikojima area is the largest floating island in Shima City. Of the two bridges connecting the mainland and Kashikojima, the Kashikojima Bridge crosses to the western side. The bridge has a pedestrian path and is a great place to watch the sunset, selected as one of the best 100 sunsets in Japan.
