Composition in gray tones, ochre, blue, earthy, green, black and red. Rough texture. Portrait of mid-body of John Candido, baby still occupying almost the entire stand area. The pictured 3/4 is facing right, has a round face, short hair with lock falling in comma in the middle of the forehead; almond-shaped eyes turned to the right; small nose; straight, thin and closed lips. Suggested to be wrapped in a towel or blanket, in shades that resemble the background. Arm folded on the right at chest height, only suggested by some traits. Background in gray tones greenish with darker spots, two-lane suggestion horizontally, too dark and some loose brush strokes.
