Man from bishareen tribe baked bread to eat with sallat.

Sallat is a meat BBQ dish made on hot stones that is typically made by the tribes of Bishareen and Ababda in the South-Eastern desert of Egypt near Gebel Elba. The meat used is usually goat, that are pastured in and around the National Park of Gebel Elba. Gebel Elba is a high mountain by the Red Sea that receives enough rainfall to create a savannah like ecosystem.
