Painting of the steamer Habana, seen from the port side, in full sail, featuring square sails on the foremast and mizzen sails on the poop mast. It carries the flag of the Compañia Trasatlántica on its foremast, and the Spanish flag with the letters CM (Correo Marítimo – Maritime Mail) on the poop. Built in England in 1862 and registered in Barcelona in 1875. Technical details: length: 96.6 m; beam: 11.8 m; depth: 8.6 m; total tonnage: 2,678 tn; engine power: 450 hp.
