The Savant and Baobab of the Flore d’Afrique Centrale Collecting ethnobotanical data

Mr Dumbo Kirundo(from Rega ethnic group) , named as the Savant and Baobab of the Flore d’Afrique Centrale, was the first black former employee at the Institut de Recherhe Scientifique en Afrique Centrale (IRSAC) Lwiro, now the Centre of Research in Natural Sciences Lwiro in the South-Kivu. Marie-Cakupewa Fundiko (researcher at the Jardin Ethnobotanique Kivu) with a notebook and pen collecting ethnobotanical data during a live interview with Mrs Dumbo Kirundo Emmanuel at his residence at Lwiro in the South-Kivu, Democratic Republic of the Congo in November 2019.
