Johanna Brusova (née Runt) (1876-1965) edited and prepared for publication a number of works by Valery Brusov. In particular, those previously unpublished, as well as his diaries (1891-1910) published in 1927. After Valery Brusov’s death she preserved his archive and presented his manuscripts to the manuscript department of the Russian State Library. In 1928 Johanna Brusova prepared for publication Brusov’s «Unpublished Verses», in 1933 – «Selected Verses», in 1934 – «Unpublished Prose», in 1935 – «Unpublished Verses». She also translated French prose and dramas into Russian.
