The Museum of Apiculture, located in the Radovljica Manor, exhibits the biology of the Carniolan grey bee, its relevant to and place in the environment, and the threats it faces from nature. The second part of the exhibition focuses on beekeeping in the past, the development of beekeeping tools and equipment, and the famous painted frontal panels. The last part is devoted to Slovenian beekeepers and the trade in Carniolan grey bees – the latter has already been traded in a good part of the world. Anton Janša has a special place among beekeepers both in the beekeeping world and in the exhibition. Various crafts related to beekeeping are also featured in the museum.
