Thailand Creative & Design Center (TCDC) serves as Thailand's premier learning resource center for design and creativity under the Creative Economy Agency (Public Organization) within the Office of the Prime Minister, TCDC opened in Bangkok in November 2005, and Chiang Mai in April 2013.
