Describe your creative journey and how you got to where you are today?
I started my journey into creating music in 2016, knowing the challenges of going into the rap as a female. Hennessy vs gave the perfect springboard, I went on from being a contestant to eventually judging contestants in 2018. I've gone on to drop four projects since then, its definitely been an interesting and challenging journey.

What is the most defining moment in your career?
My defining moment was when I was featured on the source, shortly after winning the Hennessy vs class lyricist competition. Being the only female contesting was part daunting and exciting.

Who has had the biggest impact on you and why?
Str8buttah, this group of people have had the biggest impact on me. They believed in me when I started this music journey and their support has been instrumental to who I have become today.

What advice would you give to someone starting out in the industry today?
Pretty much the best advice that was given to me, be your own champion. I would also say never stop learning, truth is you can never really know it all.

All eyes are on Lagos contemporary cultural scene. What fuels Lagos’ creative energy?
I am moved by what I see, and there's a lot to see in Lagos; from the people hustling to catch a bus, to the driver plotting out the fastest, less traffic filled routes to get around. Lagos is chuck full of different types of people and stories.
