In the center of the country, Córdoba is known for goat, wine and sweet, sweet dulce de leche.
Pampas
The pampas region, especially in the province of Buenos Aires, is home to pulperías (rural grocery stores). Originally meeting points for gauchos, many pulperías today maintain the traditional aesthetic and food for today's urban escapees.
