After completing his training and starting his career in Argentina, at the dawn of the 21st century, Colagreco traveled to France where he trained under the likes of Bernard Loiseau, Alain Passard and Alain Ducasse. In 2006 he decided to embark on his own adventure and opened Mirazur.
