The Healthy Playground helps kids to understand the basic principles of exercise science and learn how to maintain a fit and healthy body. How high can you shoot a ball into the air? Try to move giant flowers in the sky. If you push the bicycle pedals hard enough, the giant flowers will rotate. Take a deep breath and be brave enough to take on rock climbing. The exhibits in the playground will make your mind and body healthier.
(This playground is designed for pre-school to elementary school students.)

‘Bicycles and Pinwheels’ Displays
• Learning Objectives:
― To understand the transfer of power by pedaling a bicycle and controlling the speed to power the pinwheels.
― To improve muscular endurance by exercising.
• Instructions:
1. Spin the pedals.
2. When the speed of the pedals increases, the number on the gauge rises to spin many pinwheels.

Learning Objectives: ― To shoot a ball high up in the air by pressing hard on the pump. ― To understand atmospheric pressure, power, and gravity by shooting a ball high into the air, using the power of air compressed by the pump. ― To understand the differences in the heights of the balls, depending on the force exerted on the pump.
Instructions: 1. Press the pump until the gauge lights up. 2. Press the lighted button to shoot the ball higher. 3. When the pump is pressed again, the button for the next level will light up and the ball will rise even higher.

‘Floor Media Game’ Displays
• Learning Objectives:
― To develop agility and responsiveness to stimulation, by moving my body.
― To learn the process of an exercise from an experience of observing how light reaches the brain through the eyes and moves the body’s motor nerves.
• Instructions:
1. Play any game on the screen.
2. Step on the tiles by moving the body according to the light on the game board to get a score.

• Learning Objectives:
- To understand the importance of acquiring the habit of good posture when standing, walking and sitting.
• Instructions:
Learn to acquire a good standing walking or seated posture.

Learning Objectives:
― To understand the transfer of strength by spinning and controlling the speed of bicycle pedals and pinwheels.

-To understand healthy eating habits by balancing various nutrients using a puzzle composed of menus.
• Instructions:
To prepare a meal by choosing puzzle pieces featuring pictures of four essential nutrients: protein, fat, carbohydrate, minerals and vitamins.

• Learning Objectives:
- To nurture a spirit of challenge and adventure by choosing the path to climb a large climber, just like Jack climbing up a giant beanstalk to reach the sky in the fairytale ‘Jack and the Beanstalk,’
• Instructions:
Decide on a destination and climb up and down the plate.
