Bosco Verticale

With its multiple awards, the skyscraper designed by Studio Stefano Boeri Architetti hosts over 15,000 plants and 90 different species of trees, bushes, and flowers. It represents the green soul of Porta Nuova district together with BAM.

The project consists of two residential towers, Tower E (110m) and Tower D (76m). One of the main characteristics is the variation in colour and shapes of the plants in every season as it happens in the park.

Thanks to its green mantle this building is able to absorb 30 tonnes of CO2 per year!

Unicredit Tower

The tallest skyscraper in Italy thanks to the Spire, a structure entirely covered with LED lights, standing at 231 meters.

It is part of a complex of three towers designed by studio Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects, which hug Piazza Gae Aulenti with their curvy and winding lines. 

The use of glass on the façades creates spectacular light effects during the day and reflects all the colors of the Park.

IBM Studios 

The pavillion is a multipurpose building designed by the italian architect and designer Michele De Lucchi. It is one of the most recognizable buildings of the district and the perfect background - especially in autumn - for the circular forest of Red Maple (Acer rubrum).

IBM Studios has an unmistakable curved wooden profile, inspired by the shape of a seed pointing towards the Biblioteca degli Alberi park. It is a wide space and open space dedicated to culture and perfect for conferences, exhibitions, and concerts.

Torre Solaria 

Standing at 143 metres, Solaria Tower is the tallest high-rise apartments in Italy. The luckiest residents can enjoy the colorful view of all the wildflower meadows in the Park, starting their blooming in spring.

From the top of the building the view overlooks the 22 circular forests of the Park and the whole city. The building is part of a three tower complex - Solaria, Sole and Aria - designed by the studios Arquitectonica and Caputo Partnership

BAM Biblioteca degli Alberi Milano represents a fundamental piece in the urban regeneration project of Porta Nuova and stands not only as a green link between the center of Milan, Porta Garibaldi and the Isola district but also as a cultural player in the city.
