What is an incubator?

 A business incubator is a service that addresses very young companies or companies still in creation, and offers them adapted services to help them grow. It can be specialized on a sector or be generalist.

  Consisting of a main building (private offices, open space, meeting room and cafeteria) and a dozen boutiques with street frontage, the Mila offers adapted work spaces. Rising Bird, InFiné, Upton Park, MDC, Tricatel, all started out in individual offices before moving into larger boutiques to accommodate growing teams.

 The services provided support the activity of the growing company (communication, accounting, networking, access to markets, visibility, training...).

  The incubator can set up actions and events to support the company in its development and provide expertise on the sector that concerns them (market status, innovation, regulatory changes) or inform them on the key stages of their development (financing, recruitment, legal status ...).

 "Incubator" is currently the most common term used to describe a support system for entrepreneurs, but other support structures can intervene throughout the life of the company:

 A starter incubator allows you to test your project before the administrative creation of your company. Once the company has been created, it can join an incubator or a business hotel that offer shared services. Finally, coworking spaces, which are very popular today, offer shared spaces.

 The Mila is a hybrid service which contributes to the support of the young companies but also to the companies known as "fragile" of the music industry, since it is at the same time a pole of lodging of companies, that it proposes a space of coworking the MILAB, and organizes professional meetings with experts to accompany the development of its members.
