Andrew and AJ met whilst at Balliol college Oxford. They were not able to be open about their sexuality or relationship. Andrew loved music, tulips roses, and the moon. The panel includes a cassette tape of favourite music.

From the time of his diagnosis Gareth helped others living with HIV to raise awareness and attempting to stem the spread of AIDS.
This was the first panel made in Nottingham.
