Who is GLOOP?
Gloop is Portland, Oregon’s premier avant-garde drag duo comprised of artist and writer Anthony Hudson, better known as Carla Rossi, and multimedia performance artist and writer Pepper Pepper.
After over a year on tour, GLOOP returned to Portland for the first time since February 2021 for a spectacularly unhinged set of performances at PICA from August 17-19, 2023.

Each evening audiences were treated to Carla Rossi and Pepper-Pepper tackling art therapy, micro-dosing, land acknowledgments, and demonstrating what it looked like when a drag queen had a meltdown while lip-syncing on an actively-inflating airbed.

Needless to say GLOOP hilariously showed PICA's audiences how to overcome (and monetize) our limiting beliefs through a gauntlet of spectacular drag performances from two of Portland’s most beloved grifters.
