Cidade Matarazzo opened its doors for the first time to host the exhibition Made by... Feito por Brasileiros, the creative invasion that occupied hallways, rooms and pavilions of the old Matarazzo hospital. Now, the listed buildings, symbols of the 20th century Tuscan architecture, are under the biggest retrofit refurbishment in the country in order to reborn in 2018.
Cidade Matarazzo is a complex that comprises a luxury hotel of the brand Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, a tower designed by the renowned French architect Jean Nouvel, with suites signed by Philippe Starck; a retail area focusing of fashion and gastronomy; as well as a center for creativity, that will host exhibition and several activities aiming to respect and stimulate Brazilian creativity.
