The Green Era is a critical turning point in Ballroom culture. The internet transforms and expands who can see Ballroom. It is no longer on VHS tapes or DVDs, Ballroom is now on emerging social media platforms, with global reach.

Super Ball Sundays

One of the hottest crazes of the Green Era was a mini ball series by Jack Mizrahi known as the Super Bowl Super Ball Sunday. These were mini balls that would happen at Times Square Club, Esqueleto.

The Georgia Peach

The Green Era cannot be discussed without the mention of Amiyah Mizrahi. The POCC Ball 2006 called for Femme Queen Face. Amiyah came and shut it down. That night, she became a ballroom sensation. She has since gone on to become a trailblazer in entertainment.
