This starter is prepared with lemon zest and an emulsion is made with seasonal fruit such as nectarine. A very fresh taste with multiple notes for the palate.
The decor
All the decoration was completed by Alejandra Medina. The intention was always to have a place with a high ceiling to receive a lot of natural light.
Warm textures are an essential part of the Migrante vibe, hence the use of wood and brick showing that the variety of the restaurant is not only in its cuisine but also in its environment.
