Oaxaca bombs

They are an innovative mixture of cheese and corn. They contain Oaxaca cheese, breaded with blue pulverized tortillas and accompanied by guacamole, chipotle chili, mayonnaise and a salsa roja (red sauce) made from grilled árbol (bird's beak) chili and tomato.

The dishes at Balmori use different ingredients, the most widely used are guacamole, potato, carrot, cauliflower, chili, portobello mushrooms, pumpkin flower, lettuce and much more. They also have meat-free and gluten-free dishes for all customers looking for a lighter menu.
