Necklace (har)

The necklace (har) composed of nine square plaques, each with a painting depicting an avatar or incarnation of Vishnu and episodes form the life of Krishna. The paintings are set into decorated gold frames, each frame surrounded with bunches of gold beads. Each plaque is fitted with five loops in he form of flower and strung on a plain red and gold cord.
