Sioux, Western. Native tanned leather, beaded and quilled. Beads: white ground. Mouth: bar design in yellow/dk blue and green/red. Sides: geometric motif repeated 3 times. Base: (1) Main motif, diamond joined to notched rectangles; framed by crosses, prongs and chevrons. (2) Center motif, diamond joined to triangles and prongs; flanked by motif w/ box and triangles. Quilled rawhide, red ground w/ blue bands flanked w/ white. Fringe attached.
