Sinner Legacy 1 of 37

In her will, Regina Maria Sinner from Leipzig endowed 5000 thalers to the St. Thomas School in 1740 to benefit the teaching body and students particularly in need. The book of receipts covers the years 1741 to 1834 and includes records of payments to Johann Sebastian and Anna Magdalena Bach, Gottlob Harrer and Johann Friedrich Doles.
