This pair of Edwardian style semi-detached houses was built in the late 1910s on what used to be a part of Thomas Oxley’s (1805 - 1886) 173-acre nutmeg estate. The houses were the property of Mirza Mohamed Ali Namazie (1864 - 1931), a prominent businessman of Persian descent who built Capitol Theatre.

For more photographs of the building, visit the Photo Gallery on URA's My Conservation Portal.
