Album, photograph. The cover is two separate pieces of black leather bound together by a black shoestring, with plastic tips on ends. Cover pieces have two holes .25" dia. for binding. On front cover, embossed in gold, "Pictoral Log/U.S.S.ARIZONA" Inside cover is black construction paper glued to leather cover. Inside are 15 white pre-printed pages for recording travel information. They have been used, written in pencil and black ink. The majority have been detached from the binding. Behind those are black construction paper pages for place photographs. Captions are handwritten in white ink (cursive) underneath where picture would have been placed. Several pages are no longer attached in book, they are loose; There are pre-cut holes for photographs, two photos for each page. All photographs have been removed.
