1977 FLH “Blackula”

In 2019, Freddie Franklin purchased this Electra Glide® motorcycle from its original owner, with only 4,500 miles on its odometer. Franklin first restored the bike to its original, stock condition. Just one year later he completely re-envisioned the build.

Inspired by Coney Island-style bikes decked out with lights and reflectors, and 1970s blaxploitation films that Franklin watched growing up, the bike is a clear statement of Black pride via the language of vintage motorcycles.
