Ottavia Bregonzi, the wife of Girolamo Pieni and mother of Giulia Borgazzi Rimoldi Pieni, who died before her mother. All three are benefactors of the Maggiore Hospital. Ottavia Bregonzi sent her "family" portrait along with her inheritance so that she could be close to her husband and daughter.
