1st Innovation, Design and Crafts Showcase (MIDA)

The 1st Innovation, Design and Crafts Showcase (MIDA), to be held in Candelaria in 2023 and organised by the Insular Crafts Company SA, has established itself as a key event for the promotion of contemporary crafts in Tenerife. Its aim is to help artisans improve the production and marketing processes of their products, offering specialised advice on design and innovation.

As well as promoting the quality and creativity of craftsmanship, MIDA extends its reach through digital promotion and collaboration with sectors such as tourism and gastronomy. This allows artisans to present their work to a wide audience, including residents and tourists, thus strengthening the link between artisanal tradition and the demands of today's market.
