21-32 Twyford Close, Park North, Swindon

This block of maisonettes was built on the Park South estate by John Laing and Son Ltd. On the day this photo was taken, maisonette No.23 was ceremonially opened by WK Laing and the Mayor of Swindon. A reception was also held to mark the completion of the first phase of the Easiform maisonette contract at Twyford Close. Easiform was a method of in situ precast concrete construction which John Laing and Son Ltd developed from 1919 onwards.
