25 Year Old T. S. Satyan

One of the few photographs of a young T.S. Satyan. He stands with his body weight resting on his right leg and holding a camera that hides his face – the photographer is photographed. Satyan is wearing a dhoti, a Janeu (sacred thread worn by Brahmin men) and a watch. The background, which is unfocused, has an arched gateway and a brick wall structure.
