Huckitta meteorite

This was recognised as a meteorite by the geologist Cecil T. Madigan during his 1937 geological exploration of central Australia. The meteorite had been found by one of the stockmen on Huckitta Station. It weighed about 1412 kg and is a stony-iron meteorite.
