Vertigo

Probably one of the most emblematic works of urban art created in Lisbon, this enormous totem was executed by Paulo Arraiano under the influence of vertigo, within the context of the Pampero Public Art Project. Together with Leonor Morais, the work remarkably incorporates elements of the (now demolished) building, such as windows and balconies, creating two-tone, black and white layers of hybrid figures. Between animal and plant, emanating something Art Nouveau, the creatures observe us with distinct eyes.
