Many board games reflect popular titles in literature and McLoughlin Brothers' Robinson Crusoe Game is a great example. Although this particular game lacks playing pieces, the game board is intact on the inside box bottom. It is a standard race game, appropriate for a game about a man stranded on an island, trying to get 'home.' Author Daniel Defoe first published the novel "Robinson Crusoe" in 1719.
