This Anglo-Malay style bungalow was built in 1929 by Wong Lee Swee, a stock exchange broker.
The bungalow was restored by Mr and Mrs Ang Koon San and in 2008, the project was recognised with a Jury Commendation for Innovation in the UNESCO Asia-Pacific Heritage Award for Culture Heritage Conservation.
