Henry Dixon photographed for the Society for the Photographing Relics of Old London, an organisation formed to record historic London buildings under threat of destruction. Here he has photographed a classical style shop in the Soho area of London. The building was built in the early 18th century and demolished about 1886 for the formation of Shaftesbury Avenue.
