With a copyright date of 1900, McLoughlin Brothers' "Game of Moon" plays like an unusual version of checkers. Instead of jumping an opponent to capture it, a player must surround the piece on two sides. Two versions of this game were made; one has a very decorative box and one plain. This plain version still carries the very decorative game board.
