ANTHONY GREENWOOD, MINISTER OF HOUSING AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT, TO ADJUDICATE IN THE INQUIRY INTO THE COLLAPSE OF FLATS AT CANNING TOWN. FROM LEFT ARE SIR OWEN SAUNDERS, PROFESSOR OF MECHANICAL ENGINEERING AND VICE-CHANCELLOR OF LONDON UNIVERSITY, MR. HUGH GRIFFITHS, Q.C. CHAIRMAN OF THE TRIBUNAL, SIR ALFRED PUGSLEY, PROFESSOR OF CIVIL ENGINEERING AT BRISTOL UNIVERSITY, AND MR. J. MARLOW, SECRETARY TO THE TRIBUNAL.
