Charkha (Spinning wheel)

Charkha is a spinning wheel used to spin threads out of cotton. This was recorded in Hanumangarh which shares a geographical border with the state of Punjab (where spinning is a common activity). It was made from wood and metal rivets that were used as decorative features.
