Once Stenograffia received a letter from a young mother asking for help. Catherine, a mother of two children, asked to decorate a crumbling, creepy wall that crossed the yard and was not the funniest element of the children's playground where the little ones would walk every day.
You must admit that to swing on the swings and to look at the old collective garage wall is not the most fun thing to do.
Enlisting JustMedia journalists support we decided to act. Taisiya Spirina, illustrator and designer of Streetart agency, drew a very lovely sketch of lamas, sleeping bears and a cheerful fox with a lawn mower.
The main artists of this drawing were munchkins who live in this courtyard and nearby. According to the contours prepared in advance, they pretty boldly and fervently painted the wall like pictures to colour. And words simply cannot convey how the place sparkled with joy and excitement at that moment.
As a result, the children had fun, parents were happy that on the place of a gray concrete spot appered this picturesque work, and we were incredibly happy that we managed to create a mood and make the kids laugh.
