‘Minden időben Tisza Cipőben’ [Always wear Tisza shoes], went the popular advertising slogan of the socialist era. These white children’s sneakers (known as dorkos at the time) were made by the Tisza Shoe Factory in Martfű, which also made sports shoes for Adidas. These sneakers came in several colours, and this pair was donated to the museum by a private individual.
