Landscape Sculpture, 1944 (cast in 1961)

A high resolution capture of Barbara Hepworth's Landscape Sculpture. This was first made in wood and then later cast in bronze in 1961. The piece is demonstrative of two of Hepworth’s recurring forms: the pierced form and the oval form. The bronze cast has been coloured with green, mottled patination on the inner surface.
