Detail of the table base

In the support of the table with dolphins wrapped around a trunk with vine branches and bunches of grapes, we observe executive particularities of great refinement: the realization in papier mâché of the vine leaves, suitably prepared in plaster and subsequently gilded and also the use of real vine shoots suitably gilded.
