Photographic lobby still for the Hindi film 'Hum Kahan Ja Rahe Hain', released in the year 1966.
The still shows a scene from the point when Meena's (Neena) grandparents find out about her love interest Vijay (Prakash) and call him home to meet him. The frame possibly shows the living area, where Vijay is sitting in the background on a sofa. He is dressed in a mandarin collar 'sherwani' and 'churidar' payjama and is holding a cup and saucer in his hands. He is smiling and is looking in the direction of Meena, sitting towards the extreme right in the foreground. Meena's younger brothers are sitting on either sides of him. Rakesh (Master Rakesh) is sitting to his right and Dinesh (Master Raja) is sitting to his left. Both of them are lovingly resting on his shoulders, sitting close to Vijay. Meena's grandmother (Leela Mishra) is sitting towards the left of the frame. She is holding one end of her veil out, hiding her face from Vjay and is looking in the direction of her husband (unidentified), sitting towards the right side of the frame, next to Meena. The grandfather is holding a cup and saucer in his hands and is looking in the direction of
his wife. Both seem to be having a hush-hush conversation. Meena, as mentioned earlier is sitting towards the extreme right of the frame in a side profile view, beautifully dressed in a sari and holding a smile on her face. On the bottom of the still is text reading 'filmistan's', next line; 'HUM KAHAN JA RAHE HAIN' (English).
