HE ICED UP THE RAILWAY ! January 16 th 1960 PAR 81495-1 (PNR-J) As if the railways were not iced up enough already, MR. R. BLACK, 27 year old pastry cook at the Imperial Hotel, North Shore, Blackpool, has made a model railway station and goods yard of icing sugar and coconut icing. Miniature tracks and a train have been added - but not in icing - to complete the realistic winter scene. Perhaps Mr. Black had a glimpse of the future - he started the layout four months ago !
