This is the design for a poster for the Seville Fair of 1903. It was commissioned by the City Council and reproduced in colour. It includes informational text on the various events, expositions, competitions and other attractions to be held during the fair.
This is the only known example of a poster designed by Jiménez Aranda. Produced in the year of his death, it clearly looks back to the 19th-century in terms of style, with its crowded mixture of motifs, Baroque composition and vibrant colour.
