President Roh Moo-hyun and the First Lady made a state visit to India on the 4th to the 6th of October in 2004. On October 5th, before the summit meeting with the Prime Minister of India, the President visited the Gandhi Memorial Park (Raj Ghat) and o‑ered up owers to Gandhi, who is revered as the great soul by the citizens of India.
