A Copy of a Crown Case

For some decades Swedish authorities tried to buy "Birger Jarl's Crown Case" (Inv.nr 29751) from its original owner, Senetor Culemann, and after that from the Kestner Museum. A copy was made at the end of the 19th Century as a substitue for the original and was displayed at the History Museum in Stockholm.
